Community Reference Group Stage 3 - Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Wulanda Recreation and Convention Centre Community Reference Group (CRG).

Please read the Wulanda Recreation and Convention Centre CRG Terms of Reference and take the time to answer the questions in each section.

Any additional supporting information can be attached to this form, but please limit this to no more than three uploads. Applications will be assessed based on the information provided. 

Notification of outcomes will be in writing whether your application has been successful or not.

Applications must be received by 5.00 pm on 10 March 2021.

Late applications will be considered at the discretion of the City of Mount Gambier.
