Please cast your mind back to our final nutrition Information Sessions from two quality presenters on Wednesday 5th February and Wednesday 12th February.

Week 1 presenter was qualified Dietician Lisa Atwell who discussed label reading.

Week 2 was the thought provoking Soren Kristensen with a strong message about the dangers of sugar.
